Searcle AI, Inc. (“Searcle”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a software company that provides AI-powered analytics and optimization tools designed to help organizations understand and improve their performance in traditional search engines and AI-driven search and discovery platforms. Searcle is incorporated in Ontario, Canada.
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to visitors to https://www.searcle.ai (the “Site”), customers and authorized users of our software platform and related services (the “Services”), and individuals who communicate with us or receive our emails.
This Policy describes what Personal Information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and how we protect it.
This Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of our customers. In the course of providing the Services, Searcle may process information on behalf of customers. In those cases, customers act as the data controllers and are responsible for ensuring that they have obtained all required authorizations, notices, and consents under applicable privacy laws. Searcle processes such information only in accordance with customer instructions and applicable agreements.
For purposes of applicable data protection laws, Searcle acts as a data controller with respect to Personal Information collected directly through the Site and its business operations, and as a data processor with respect to Personal Information processed on behalf of customers through the Services.
Searcle is committed to handling Personal Information responsibly and transparently. We use Personal Information only for legitimate business purposes related to providing and improving our Services, complying with legal obligations, and communicating with customers.
We do not sell Personal Information. We do not use Personal Information in ways that are materially different from those described in this Policy without providing notice where required by law.
Information You Provide to Us
We collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us when you interact with the Site or Services. This may include your name, business email address, company name, billing details, account credentials, and communications with us, such as support requests or inquiries.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and approximate geographic location. This information helps us operate, secure, and improve the Site and Services.
No End-User Data Collection

Searcle is designed as an enterprise service and is not intended to process consumer personal data at scale.
Any such data is processed in a pseudonymous or aggregated form and is not used by Searcle to identify or profile specific natural persons.
Searcle uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and analyze the Site. We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how visitors use our Site, measure performance, and improve functionality.
These tools may collect information such as pages visited, session duration, navigation paths, and referring sources. This information is aggregated and used for analytical purposes only. Searcle does not use analytics tools to intentionally identify individual natural persons. Where analytics or intent measurement tools are used, processing is based on Searcle’s legitimate interests in understanding company-level engagement with the Services, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Searcle uses trusted third-party service providers to support the operation of the Services, including cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, customer support tools, and security vendors. These third parties are permitted to access Personal Information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are contractually required to protect the confidentiality and security of such information.
We may disclose Personal Information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Searcle, our customers, or others.
Where required by applicable law, Searcle makes available a Data Processing Addendum governing the processing of Personal Information on behalf of customers.
These providers may include analytics, attribution, and intent measurement tools used to understand company-level interest in the Services.
Searcle hosts and processes data in Canada and the United States. Personal Information may be transferred across borders as part of our operations. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect Personal Information transferred internationally.
Searcle does not knowingly store Personal Information in jurisdictions that require disproportionate or unlawful access by government authorities without appropriate safeguards.
We retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and applicable legal obligations.
You may access and update certain account information through your account settings. If you are unable to update specific information, you may contact us for assistance.
Customers may request export or deletion of Personal Information by contacting support@searcle.ai. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights with respect to your Personal Information, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to request data portability. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Searcle implements administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include access controls, encryption in transit, secure infrastructure, and monitoring practices.
Despite these measures, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of Personal Information.
In the event of a data security incident affecting Personal Information, Searcle will investigate and, where required by applicable law, notify affected parties and relevant authorities.
The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. Searcle does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided Personal Information, we will take steps to delete it.
If Searcle is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, Personal Information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any such transfer will be subject to this Policy.
